When answering the questions of each student, he is very patient in explaining every detail of the answer, even if it means spending more time on a specific topic. He has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the field of Lean Six Sigma, which I truly admire. As a professional, I have found Ms. Shurbi to be a very active, hardworking, and supportive individual. She helped ensure that my journey through the program, from enrollment to certification, was hassle-free. An excellent recommendation. The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.

The program was very useful and relevant not only in aiding my professional competency/career but also to my personal outlook in life. The trainer was very accommodating, has indeed a subject matter expert with regards to her presentation and training materials, detailed oriented that makes every attendee understood. Indeed they are fitted very well and indeed best counselor and trainer. They both knowledgeable and equip with expertise regarding the subject matter. Kudos to you guys for a job well done.

Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.
