I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

The program is very educational and informative, especially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting works of a company. The knowledge that I acquired will help me more to be confident in making decisions in the current role I have. Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email.
