PMP virtual classes were clear, structured, very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step, very easy to understand. Support experience for the PMP training was great. Vaibhav who always made himself available whenever we need him. Promptly answered all our questions, made himself available even on his "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all the help. Can't thank you enough!

The modules are very accessible and easy to understand specially in my case that I had tons of Medical issues (being positive with Covid) and yet I was still able to access and review the lessons provided. Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Thank you Service Team for promptly addressing my concern and even giving me a call to resolve my issue. You guys are so proactive!

Since I started and completed the LSSGB under IMC, it didn’t stop me to continue the learnings and move forward. IMC offers extensive trainings that suit your needs. They don’t leave their trainees behind and entertain all our queries and questions. With the help of IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash I successfully completed the LSSBB (Black Belt) course that I can apply to my current role in manufacturing industry.
