The overall context of the course is well structured. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. His excellent guidance throughout the course help to achieve this LSSBB certificate. Ms. Michelle is always very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization. My counselor is Ms. Rose, she is quick to respond to my queries and request regarding the issues I encounter in the program (e.g. schedule and exam).

Ms. Akhter training and guidance helped in understanding concepts easily. Amazing way of breaking down concepts. Her sessions were engaging. Would highly recommend her. James is an amazing person, kind and approachable. He has been very supportive and understanding until now. The servicing team is always at its best. Superb coordination and we'll organize team. I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. And also trainers always try to make everyone involved in the discussion. I will keep striving to learn more about this and hopefully, I am able to apply it to my future jobs and companies. Mr. Shashi Prakash is a great trainer for the LSSBB class organized by the IMC institute. He is absolutely knowledgeable and has great experience in the field.
