Online session was convenient and easy to learn through. Lucky to have Zeba Fatima as my counsellor, Very great attitude and have briefed me regarding the course much in detailed. Program is well organised. The trainer is knowledgeable and effective in giving lectures. It will make you stay awake. Mr. Farhan and Michelle are approachable and polite, easy to deal with.

The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)

Very good instructor. He has 30 years of experience which is very visible when he talks. His sessions are full of lessons from his experience. He only needs to better concentrate on calculations. The sincereness of the counselors in this institute is the reason I decided to do my courses with them. They are very sincere, helped me, and advised me effectively whenever needed. Very informative program, easy to understand the complimentary classes. Also provided with the vedio recording of the previous classes, add value to the program. We are provided with all support to understand the various terminologies in Lean Six Sigma to enable us to master the same.Sofia assisted through the watsup chat of the IMC's official number, to resolve the issue with the technical issue had while taking course.
