I've learned a lot in this course since the trainer provides easy to understand samples. I find this program convenient for me since I am currently employed who's pursuing a six sigma related career Ms. Rose is very responsive and I really appreciated her efforts which make me feel comfortable approaching her Great job! I'm looking forward to more courses or programs with the team.

It was an excellent training session which has given greater learning in a short time. Ms. Akter has given excellent sessions with simple examples and it made us understand the concepts more easily. The program is really helpful and informative. It gave me tips on how the examination will look like and at the same time provided me tips on how to answer questions from the exam. Counsellor was really helpful everytime I have questions and even extended help for when I have clarifications.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.
