Learnt a lot from the program. The faculty was very knowledgeable. He was very understanding and maintained a very decent pace. Communication was very clear. Good course overall. Ms. Ashmeen was always available for support as we normally have a very hectic schedule and was finding it very difficult to balance and work and academics. She was there to guide me whenever I faced any issues. Fortunate to have such a good counsellor to help me in this process of certification. Great efforts by the Service Team.

The entire program is competitive and challenging yet very informative and worth it. I chose the self-paced to ensure that I will be able to manage my time properly. Material wise, it is excellent because everything that I need is available. The trainers are well verse with their craft. They are entertain and answer question that can be easily understood. Ms. Rose is always welcoming and I commend her for taking the time to always answer my inquiries whether it is about the course, the certificate and other related things.

My overall experience with the training is awesome. Glad I had the chance to learn the material at my pace and classroom as well. Looking forward to use my knowledge in our organization or personal life. Trainer PC was really patient all the time. He always make sure that we get the knowledge that we needed. With a sincere heart, I would like to say thank you to Ms. Rose for her guidance all the way. She always check my progress and recommend solutions if I'm having trouble. Once again, thank you Ms. Rose for your words of wisdom and helping me navigate towards a successful training.

Thank you for a great course. Great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative course. I think you did a great job when you ran the all-hands meeting. It showed that you are capable of getting people to work together and communicate effectively. I admire your communication skills. The program is really great. After finishing the program, it adds more confidence in me in finishing projects with excellent quality; it helps me improve my ability to confidently discuss rather complex subjects, effectively solve problems and provide useful recommendations. The trainers are great too and very patient in explaining and discussing everything, bit by bit. The counsellors are very gratifying and cultured. With the knowledgeable inputs and advice from them, the entire course of the training is very pronounced and at the same time enjoyable.

The valuable time and effort given during the training session by Mr Shashi Prakash was helping me to deepen my understanding and be conclusive that I will follow the learning until become a certified black belt. I want to assure my trainer that my field of construction engineering will positively change because of my knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma. Michelle was a great counsellor throughout my training period, giving her time to make sure I keep on track and stay informed all the time. I appreciate such industrious personality with high level of professionalism. The IMC service team remains a top-notch in the provision of quality service to the customer/trainees.
