It was a great pleasure to attend the online sessions provided and the high level of care and follow up provided by Miss Michele and Miss Zeba. Zeba was really amazing as usual she helped me a lot and was available all the times i need support or assistance. The program was very well organized and planned. Trainer (Mr. Shashi) is very knowledgeable and patient enough to clarify any doubts. Farhan was very encouraging and supportive. He was always available for answering any questions at any point in time (even on off days). I am really glad to have got in touch with him as he is one of the main reason for me to feel motivated in competing LSSBB.

The program has extensively covered the syllabus as per Industry Standards. Trainer Mr. Shashi explained it in a very simple manner and was easy to understand. Vanshika has been very helpful throughout the journey. She responds to every query immediately. The service team is Very responsive.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is very convenient for me especially since i am busy with my work. This on the go training and study on my own phase is helpful for me. Ms. Michelle is very accommodating and approachable. The service Team is very accommodating and approachable.

Program is concise and very clearly instructed. Good introduction, but there are topics that were not covered or discussed thoroughly. Rose, my Counsellor is very good, her lectures are clear and points are well-demonstrated with understandable examples.

It was very nice Program and Mr. Vijil is given nice guidance for me to pass this Six sigma yellow Belt exam and whenever i call he will response towards the call good manner for me. Michelle and Frixie was very nice in supporting for sending mail immediately for me.
