Regarding, the trainer Dr. Debasish, he's a good instructor with deep information about the lean six sigma course, he has a good way of explaining the lectures, and I learned from him a lot. Mr. Vijil is a very professional counsellor and has great communication skills, problem solving, and management skills. I appreciated his support even on his vacation he was answering my inquiries and solving them, and the way dealing with the clients is great. Good team! Has good communication skills and well organized team.

The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

Trainer Shashi were able to deliver the program very smoothly. He is very knowledgeable and his discussion are easy to follow. Despite the hectic schedule, I was able to follow-up through the recorded sessions which is very helpful. I am very thankful to IMC for this wonderful opportunity that they have given me.
