The training plan, modules, and syllabus content for the “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt” (LSSBB) is designed very nicely. The trainer Mr.Rohit Viramani has explained and covered each and every topic in detail. While explaining the concepts, the trainer shared real-life examples which really helped us a lot & this is the main aspect which I liked very much. The most important of all the training sessions were interactive; which made it an enjoyable & collaborative unique learning experience. Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber.
