Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. The course was very comprehensive and the content was detailed with a good mix of theory and practical knowledge. The concepts were explained well by the trainer, and I like that I had the luxury to review Mr. Shashi's recordings in my own time. Very good Counsellor. I just want to give Zainab a shout out for being very accessible to address my questions and concerns.

The course was really informative and fascinating. I think a lot of us will comment on how useful it was. Mr. Sashi conveys the information with knowledge and sincerity. We were able to put Lean Six Sigma Green Belt into perspective with the aid of the resources that were supplied. They are uncomplicated, simple to use, and useful tools that we may use in our professional life. Being advised by Ms. Aliya Younus was an excellent opportunity and experience. My overall program (Green and Black Belt) with IMC was really great, It was a learning opportunity someone must not miss for not only IMC has a wonderful program, but also has competent Trainers that will help and guide you all the way to learn the principles of Lean Six Sigma. As for the trainer, Mr. Abhishek (Green Belt) and Mr. Shashi (Black Belt) were really a great trainer, they exquisitely elaborate each topic and provided us with good practical examples. They not only taught us the principles of Lean Six Sigma but also taught us on how to apply it in our workplace. Lastly, I am really grateful that I was given a chance to learn Lean Six Sigma at IMC. Ms. Rose was really a wonderful counsellor, she's always responsive and provides assistance at all times. She really helped me all throughout the course of my learning (Green and Black Belt) on IMC. She never missed any inquiries I raised to her, thus delivered quick solutions. I really appreciate all of her help from the day I enroll until my final assessment on both courses.

I really enjoyed the course. It was very interesting and useful. I will take away lots of things that I can quickly and easily apply. The counsellor is so professional and skilled. He seemed to really understand and help me to achieve my goals. His advice and way of communicating has been really helpful.
