A very informative and improved approach. Trainer Mr. Shashi Parakash was excellent in teaching patterns. A very good trainer. Arfa Shaheen how she dealt with and the response was extraordinary. She was very impressive. Guided very clearly and each and every question she made was clarified in a very good manner. A very good team responded in a way to have no worries about.

I am and will forever be grateful for the opportunity given to me by IMC Institute. Learning in the time of pandemic and self-development is necessary for us to be trained and be exposed in applying six sigma methodology to eliminate defects and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of resources and attain maximum profits. This doesn't only help me in my role as an operations manager but will help me understand the world, its people, and everything else that exists.

The programs is well prepared, organized and systematic. The methodologies are simple and easy to understand. So, I wish IMC continuous success in providing quality education. Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.

The program was informative and incredibly useful. Mr. Pankaj is a good trainer and has unique style in training. I look forward to attend future trainings given the opportunity. I feel so affirmed while also being challenged I love my counsellor interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. The program is easy to understand and very useful in real-life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.
