The PMP program is amazing and the journey is also good with IMC Learning. It’s a Step-by-step addition of knowledge into Project Management. Surbhi Mam is always helping, wherever required. Even when I am stuck into the concept or planning to study, she will always be available to help. No words to say, it's Amazing. Whenever required All the members are available to help. The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality.
