Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. Keep up the good work.

It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable, diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focused on the theoretical concepts, but also cites a real-world examples to remember the significant points of the topic. Ms. Michelle is very patient and professional. Even though it is an online learning, the service team is very responsive and never failed to address the issues/concerns of the participants throughout the entire duration of the course.
