It was a great program. It was a great experience also. Mr. Shashi Prakash and Mr. Abhishek both are knowledgeable expert on Lean Six Sigma. They given everything to us in classroom training and clear our all doubts and queries. I give a big thanks to Mr. Suryansh, he always available for us. He is for any type of support and help. When I planned to take Six Sigma certification, I had a hard time choosing which school to apply for. I read a lot about online courses but a bit hesitant if it was worth it. When I inquired in IMC and talked to Ayisha, she helped me with the right program and timing to fit my work schedule. I liked how she understands my needs as a beginner student of LSSGB. I joined the virtual sessions aside from the self-study and the coach/instructor Sashi Prakash is really good.

Dr. Mohammed Saeed is very helpful for improving the career knowledge and path and is easy to understand since the program provides multiple exercises and visual material.

The course was well designed and touched all aspects of the course. Mr. Debashish Mukherjee conducted the course with real life examples and that was necessary to connect the concepts with the problem. Mr. Gaurav helped me right from the start, from selecting the level of Six Sigma to choosing time slot. A thorough support from him! Have to thank Mr. Suryansh, for replying to me even in late evenings! His help was much required in getting the recordings and in sorting out the timelines in taking up the final assessment!!

Ms. Surbhi is friendly and accommodating. She's able to provide answers to all my queries regarding the course. Her customer service skills are excellent and she's very helpful. I think she's a great asset to your company. Service team has been the best, especially in organizing everything about the course and all its technical aspects. Mr. Pankaj is superb! He definitely knows what he's teaching and he shares actual cases to emphasize a particular topic. He made difficult concepts easier to understand.

Mr Shasi is a good trainer and explore his practical approach while giving training. Mr. Gaurav is a good supporter of resolving any type of query. Soumya gave overall good support.
