The program is very helpful and can enhance and broaden the knowledge of the trainee. Zeba has been very accommodating from the very beginning. She helped me along the way. The Service Team has been very helpful to our inquiries and request.

Instructors shared significant experiences that would definitely be useful in actual practice: Rose was very helpful in my Lean Six Sigma journey with IMC. Right from the get-go, she provided timely and proper assistance. I would love to continue working on the Master Black Belt path with her as my counselor once more.

Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. Not to mention, she always checks in and asks how my study and preparation is going, a couple of motivation and encouragement. You should give her a bonus for being such a good employee and a partner to your institution. I am planning to take PMP class soon and I would still love to have Hanisha assist me again. Really, she made my Green Belt certification extra fun and enjoyable. Kudos to her!!!!!!!

The course was fantastic. The trainer is excellent, always willing to help and provide support. Ms. Sofia was a very supportive Counsellor and I would like to thank Michelle and all the Service Team for their support.

The program was really good, I Mr Pankaj was great with him teaching method as well. But I wish we have some sort of slides even to keep aside to review especially when it comes to the theoretical parts. Ms.Surbhi has been a great support throughout the whole process. The program about the green belt training certification program is excellent. The way it was delivered is cleared and precise. Very understandable and clear. Understood the way the trainer delivered the lecture in training. The support training is awesome, very supportive, and easily contacted immediately.
