The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course were very helpful to the advancement of my skills and knowledge as I pursue my leadership role on various levels. It provided me with increased theoretical knowledge and understanding of the various tools and techniques in improving processes in a more data-driven and scientific manner. The training pushed me to become more critical of data and on the need to constantly work for improvements.

The Six Sigma Master Class program by IMC proved to be very helpful for me in grasping a strong understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Book of Knowledge and Ms. Akhtar was phenomenal in her delivery of the course content. After completing the course, I feel fully equipped to handle Six Sigma Projects. Ms. Aliya has been very helpful in communicating timelines, course critical information and planning towards the successful completion of the program. The IMC service team is well-managed and very professional in their dealings.

I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt. Glad I pursued and I am grateful for this opportunity. Hope I can take Greenbelt soon! Counselors were very accommodating and just one chat away. They made sure all my concerns were attended to and acted right away.

Online session was convenient and easy to learn through. Lucky to have Zeba Fatima as my counsellor, Very great attitude and have briefed me regarding the course much in detailed. Always approachable and helped me in each stages of the process until course completion. Highly recommend her hard-work and passion towards serving trainees. The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! Great customer support from the beginning to the end of the process. The team are really informed and goes the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.
