The fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma are well discussed as well as the course objectives and goals for Green Belt Level. I highly recommend this institution. The Six Sigma Master Class program by IMC proved to be very helpful for me in grasping a strong understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Book of Knowledge and Ms. Akhtar was phenomenal in her delivery of the course content. After completing the course, I feel fully equipped to handle Six Sigma Projects. Ms. Aliya has been very helpful in communicating timelines, course critical information and planning towards the successful completion of the program. The IMC service team is well-managed and very professional in their dealings.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The program is very comprehensive and easy to understand. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash showed his expertise as he explained the technical terms in simple terms.
