The programme was excellent and Mr. Pankaj Chauhan processes good knowledge of six sigma and is good at explaining all subject matter in a good and precise manner and had given good examples to clear the queries during the session. Ms. Vanshika is excellent to explain the contents of the course and is very helpful at any stage till the completion of the exam.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. The Trainer is Excellent coach, explains well, he has good study materials on PPT and doc format, he has answered all our class questions and shows lot more live examples. Zeba is well experienced and Good in Mentoring students, faster in communication w.r.t proper link, guiding what to do when, without hassle. And the Service Team are very good, guided in all the way till certification.

The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.
