The module for the LSSBB is designed nicely and World-Class Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training. I liked the trainer's knowledge and lots of opportunities to ask questions with real-life examples. Interest Levels were maintained at a high level throughout every session. The training was filled with a lot of information, which is very useful for me. Introduction to LSSYB was what I needed in order to pursue this personal development path. Examples from Shashi were easy to understand and eventually apply in real world situations. Ms. Rose was able to answer all of my questions which was why I enrolled in the Lean Six Sigma master class, although I have mainly learned the yellow belt course thru the shared video of the classes. The service team has been very helpful in assuring me of the details needed for the course as well as in securing the payment that I made.
