I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. Classes are really effective. Trainers are really coaching well on the concepts and ensuring to clear doubts relating to respective Industry scenarios. Really keeping an eye on monitoring the classes and ensuring that all study materials are available on time. Really helpful in guiding and achieving the certification part.

Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. Your team was very attentive and responsive to my needs, and I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed in a timely manner.

Ms. Aliya support at her best. She is a great resource as she can understand the problems and find out the fastest way solution. As a counsellor, she put all her efforts to facilitate and guide as per needed. The service team is good and always ready to facilitate us.

Mr. Shashi and the program are really useful. Though we learn through the web, no data or info was missed and everything is on point. Ms. Rose is readily available for any question and was able to discuss the topic thoroughly. The service team is always available for any inquiry and very accommodating to any questions.

Very well planned and executed, trainer was very composed, patiently explained every concept Michelle is very good and timely response on all queries and clarifications asked, very supportive. Suryansh is very good in every supportive aspects, very prompt in every queries and clarifications asked.
