Mr. Fasi was wonderful. He knew the topics well and lets the students participate in the lectures. He also addresses questions and inquiries for specified business sectors. Ms. Rose is always available for my needs and always accommodating my inquiries. The Service Team is always there to provide the information needed by the class.

Online session was convenient and easy to learn through. Lucky to have Zeba Fatima as my counsellor, Very great attitude and have briefed me regarding the course much in detailed. Always approachable and helped me in each stages of the process until course completion. Highly recommend her hard-work and passion towards serving trainees. She deserves more than just an appreciation and grateful to say that IMC institute holds an amazing assets like Zeba to help learning made easy for all. Thanks a trillion to Zeba and IMC once again.

Topics and examples were very informative that can apply to different type of organization. She was coordinated and very responsive counsellor. I'm still grateful to IMC Team, they were very responsive and helpful.

The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. Appreciate Mr. Shashi who was so dedicated in getting the learners’ queries answered promptly. He also was generous enough to share is massive knowledge on every subject matter. Ms. Kritika and Shaza are amazing counsellors, I also appreciate people who respond quickly and on point. They’re rockstars!

The program was really good, I Mr Pankaj was great with him teaching method as well. But I wish we have some sort of slides even to keep aside to review especially when it comes to the theoretical parts. Ms.Surbhi has been a great support throughout the whole process. Video recordings materials provided really helped put conflict resolution and good communication skills into perspective for me. Surbhi Tiwari is someone who can use compassion, empathy, respect and authenticity to form a genuine, trusting relationship with client.Really appreciated how she encourage me to do exam and enroll the course.
