The program was designed excellently covering all the basics. Specially the trainer's notes are excellent. Mr. Shashi is an experienced trainer. The way he elaborates and communicates with the student explaining from zero level makes it easy for the student. Ms. Zeba was very supportive throughout the course. Honest to its commitment and course content. The quality of service was impeccable. Highly responsive to any issues. Determining to provide service even after the course expiry is highly appreciable.

Abhishek Kumar was a great trainer, Friendly, resourceful and engaging. He mad the session very inviting and interactive. She is approachable and really professional; available with answers for all my calls, messages and emails at any time. It was an enriching experience with IMC's Lean six sigma black belt course. The training was executed very professionally, it allowed open discussion with practical examples by trainer Rohit Virmani... which made it easier to successfully complete the Lean Six Sigma Black belt at the first attempt.
