Excellent workshop training was conducted. Mr. Shashi. He explained each and every topic very well and also cleared all our queries on the live calls. The trainer is very knowledgeable about the LSS program and he ensures that we understood each topic discussed thus I learned a lot from him. Vaibhav and Sofia both of them were very accommodating to my queries.

Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.
