Mr. Debasish Mukerjee is a dedicated teacher with a great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real-life examples which all made for a delightful and informative course. Viplav is very Cooperative and always there to help me even at the odd time.

It was an excellent training session which has given greater learning in a short time. Ms. Akter has given excellent sessions with simple examples and it made us understand the concepts more easily. My counsellor was good. The service team of IMC is excellent and immediately available for any assistance. Mr. Pankaj was really a fantastic trainer. His approaches to clear individual’s doubt is amazing. Sampadha was extremely co-operative always. In case of any difficulty during the course, she always stretched her supportive hands and the lead time were very minimal. Extremely good, supportive and co-operative. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. A very positive training conducted in most professional way, the topics were discussed and even all the questions that was raised were answered and the doubts were also cleared. The trainers hold on topic was quite impressive and this made the difficult concepts very simple to understand.
