Course was easily understood and the virtual training of Mr. Rohit was skillfully performed and understood. Zeba was a big support and consistent in follow ups for the scheduled training.

The program is very comprehensive and well processed. Trainers were well versed and very adaptive. Rose was very helpful and supportive. She is friendly and very professional too! The team has the best support and service. Always one step ahead of our needs.

This is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enroll for the Master Black belt and TQM training in advance when I had yet to complete the Black Belt certification. She knows the art of convincing professionals to enroll in the IMC courses. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works.
