The program was well organized. The lectures, recordings, and other supplemental materials given by Mr. Shashi guided me in making the study experience easier. Kudos to Mr. Shashi for handling the class with composure. He patiently answer all the questions in the class and never hesitated to share all his knowledge. Rose was responsive and helpful.

I’ve been wanting to get certified for quite some time and very fortunate to have acquired it from IMC. This new learning gave me a better perspective in dealing with and solving business-related issues in the most effective and timely manner. The program was intense and quite difficult but very well handled and delivered by the trainer Professional and very helpful as always. Much appreciated, her availability and professionalism are outstanding. Little to no interactions. Probably because the counsellor did a great job and there was no need for further support.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!
