The program is excellent for those executives with technical background who want to keep updated with the high level decision making tools to propel the basis. The program supports executives who practice lean philosophy in management and continuous improvement strategies. Rose, my counsellor was accommodating. The service team was quick to respond to my inquiry. I was satisfied and looking for more trainings with team facilitating.

The Trainer (PC) is an effective communicator who excels in interpersonal relationship. He always asks if we have questions or if there are things he have to clarify for us. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course.
