Trainer was good. His style is direct to the point and very logical. He will help a lot of LSS aspirants like me. Ms. Shaza is very responsive and easy to deal with. I look forward to dealing with her on the other programs I am interested to take.

The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient.
