The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)

The service team is an ace for me, as she is assisting me with the program and activities like the exams in which I was delayed because of my heavy workload.
