I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything. Most of the questions i have attempted were directly or inderectly been discussed during the class. 5 of 5 5 of 5....very helpful approachable and commendable. I am really happy with my trainer Mr. Shashi. The written instructions and online videoes are great. The moulds and the retainer arrived quickly in the post. The Service Team were really supportive via email and zoom. I would highly recommend IMC!

Initially I could not find time to attend classes, by as my Counsellor correctly pointed out by my counsellor Mr. Shashi's, style of teaching, practical examples, professional practical approach provided in during the sessions was great learning experience. However, I had some difficulty understanding Shashi's accent at times, and he spoke very quickly. I understand that English is not Shashi's first language, and I appreciate his efforts to teach the course in English. However, I think it would be helpful if he could slow down his speech and enunciate more clearly. I would also appreciate it if IMC could provide transcripts of his lectures so that I can review them later. I believe that these changes would make the training more accessible to all learners, regardless of their language background.
