Ms. Akhter Jahan Khan is a very nice and expert trainer for Six sigma. Her professional experience, methodology and teaching standard is the very beneficial to all the new to senior level students and learners she always defines all the modules with comprehensive classifications and she always supports us in all the difficulties and concept clearing. Ms. Surbhi is a very sincere, active and cooperative counsellor. she always supports me to understand what is the IMC certification worth in the international market and what are the mission, vision and goals of the IMC institute. I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. Mr. Shashi Prakash is well-versed in all aspects of Lean Six Sigma. It is a good learning experience with his different method of teaching which makes you understand all concepts in easy manner, which I have never seen in my professional career.
