This chance and experience were very wonderful. Everything was discussed in detail and the course material was quite exact. The class was incredibly interactive and entertaining. Enjoyed a lot and was enlightening. The instructor might use examples from other businesses to clarify the notion. Ms. Aliya was a good counsellor she briefed me about the program in a very professional way. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. My experiences there have had a big influence on how I think and interpret things, and I always felt welcome there.

I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt. Glad I pursued and I am grateful for this opportunity. Hope I can take Greenbelt soon! Counselors were very accommodating and just one chat away. They made sure all my concerns were attended to and acted right away.

The Trainer (PC) is an effective communicator who excels in interpersonal relationship. He always asks if we have questions or if there are things he have to clarify for us. The course was very comprehensive and the content was detailed with a good mix of theory and practical knowledge. The concepts were explained well by the trainer, and I like that I had the luxury to review Mr. Shashi's recordings in my own time. Very good Counsellor.
