Counsellor is very helpful to join the course and continuously follow up to attend the course and ask for feedback for every session. Really supportive. Good work Blessy. The program was intense and quite difficult but very well handled and delivered by the trainer Professional and very helpful as always. Much appreciated, her availability and professionalism are outstanding. Little to no interactions. Probably because the counsellor did a great job and there was no need for further support.

It is a very detailed and intense program with educational video material and PDF documents. The video quality is great and the content depth is at a good level. It is more than my expectation. The LSSYB trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash gave clear explanations. Ms. Amina gave clear explanations, I am happy to be enrolled with IMC for LSS. Great support from Service Team throughout the learning journey.

Mr. Sashi Prakash he is knowledgeable. Managing time well from the program point of view, the answer given by him were very much satisfactory. He was able to understand the questions even when those were not asked to the point. Mr. Gaurav Bharadwaj was very cooperative and understanding. Because of him only I was able to do the course.

Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions.
