Abhishek Kumar was a great trainer, Friendly, resourceful and engaging. He mad the session very inviting and interactive. Kumar was very patient with me as a candidate with no statistical background . The session was customized to suit my field of work . Appreciate his effort and willing to take another session with him in the future. Zeba Fathima is such a dependable person . She is approachable and really professional; available with answers for all my calls, messages and emails at any time. She was so focused at her work and diligent; at the beginning she explained to me the best belt that matches my current career and she coordinated with the trainers so I got the most convenient timing for the sessions. She had explained the assessment method and provided me with all the necessary handouts. She was of great assistance and she has contributed a lot to make the entire experience fruitful.

Overall, I found the training informative and engaging, and I appreciate the effort you put into creating the program. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your time and support during our counselling sessions. Your guidance and insight have been invaluable in helping me work through my challenges and make progress towards my goals. The trainers did a great effort, overall the records was helpful and adding more than one record with different trainers was really great and appreciated. The counselor Ms. Zeba was really great and very helpful she was always available for providing help and support just as quickly as within minutes or even less which gave me a positive perspective about the institute commitment towards the students. The program was very helpful in terms of ideologies in my work and our trainer Ms. Akther was very kind and helpful. She provides us very good examples how can we apply six sigma in our work. Very good service team.

First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

The trainer is very good explanation, easily understandable. Appreciate it. Ms. Nanka Kumari is very good at her work, she even helps outside working hours without any hesitation. I liked her ethical way to help and approach to work. I am forced to thank her for her support to complete my course flawlessly.
