He sets up an environment that facilitates discussion; one where everyone can share their opinion in order to encourage discussions with everyone. Michelle knows how to establish a comfortable inquiry environment, and sets clear answers to questions from us in order to encourage positive group interactions. Announces the structure of the lecture before starting the webinar so that every member can have the same expectations.

Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. During the twelve (12) days of thorough and well-organized training for PMP Certification preparation conducted by Mr. Prasad, the visual materials and discussion were very clear, interesting, and truly inspiring.
