The program is awesome most especially the trainer. She ensures that we are all on the right track and we understood the lecture well. Ms. Vaibhavi ensures that I get all the assistance needed. IMC is the best!

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!

The Program is Designed to help working Professionals an extra edge in their careers and to help their decision makings a different perspective of lean concepts and a Sigma level of confidence. The Trainer, Mr. Shashi Prakash is a Master and the subject knowledge is exceptional. His way of explaining the concepts with real world scenarios and his vast practical experience from his own projects helps us grasp the Program much easier. My counsellor Ms. Surbhi was awesomely supportive in all the stages of the program and her warmth of welcome and follow ups during the entire course completion makes IMC worth advisable. The Support Team as well played their part in the successful completion of Green Belt and Black Belt Certifications.
