I did not take Greenbelt Training though I have background in Statistical research but Mr. Shashi explained everything like I was taking a Masters Degree in Statistics. Got certified after 10 years in Process Excellence. Rose is very prompt and accommodating.

The trainer is patient in answering all of my questions. the training timeline was followed, and very efficient in time and effective.
