It is one of the best courses you can do to enhance your knowledge. The trainer is very helpful and helps break down everything in a way that you can understand practically and relate to your day to day operations. Nikhil is very helpful and has a very different way of counselling. He gets you in your comfort zone and tries to be as flexible as possible considering that most of the people who take the course are working and time is one of the constraints. He is patient and answers all your queries in a very professional manner. The service team has been on their toes to help us throughout the course and avail all necessary material. The program is well-tailored especially for people with no exposure/basic knowledge of Green Belt Lean Six Sigma. I am grateful for the knowledge and inspiration that the trainer provided during the program run. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)
