It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works. Overall, a really great experience. I learnt a lot from Mr. Shashi and this course about project management which I feel will truly help me in all my future endeavours. The diverse range of resources provided throughout the course was really fun to study and gave me a thorough understanding of everything. Highly recommend! Ms. Surbhi has been the most kind and helpful person to me throughout this program. She helped resolve all my doubts and problems during this period and was available 24/7 to guide me. A great counsellor and any student would be lucky and grateful (just like me) to obtain her guidance during this program.

The program has been really helpful and very detailed to cover Lean Six Sigma concepts. I appreciate Shashi for detailing it so well with practical examples, that had not just helped in understanding complex concepts while training but also replicable in real business problems. Surbhi has been extensively helpful to address any issues and concerns during the course. She has been prompt to respond on messages throughout the journey, which made the learning journey with IMC even more convenient. Michelle has been helpful so far to connect and liase with any issues.

The program is detailed about the topic that is tackled under the course. The trainers are conveying their information and explanations based from their own personal experiences making it relatable and having clear idea on how the knowledge is implemented on the industry. Rose is very welcoming and accommodating with every query I have, especially about the course itself. Her assistance throughout the course is very much appreciated. IMC is a great platform and institution for improving and having continuous professional knowledge to help every individual in excelling on their own fields.

I had an amazing experience during training. I learned a lot of new concepts and ideas that I can utilize in handling my team and aid in improving the processes that we have in place.
