Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.

Nice experience with and IMC. All instructors are very supportive. The way of teaching and clearing our doubts are appreciable. I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.

Being enrolled in this program was an overall great experience. Trainer displayed admirable knowledge on Lean Six Sigma, and conducted structured and effective trainings. Materials and topic references were also shared with the class, which helped me prep for the exam with ease. IMC's counselor is very responsive to my queries, and gave me email instructions promptly.
