Excellent delivery and style of teaching. The trainers command over the topics is very good and the way he handles all queries during and after the classes is admirable. I highly commend IMC for the excellent training course, informative tools and curriculum. I highly commend Mr. Sashi Prakash for the excellent training for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course. He explained the concept very well, always gave clarity for every sample and was very approachable with any question. The Service Team is very approachable for any questions and concerns.
