The overall context of the course is well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. Ms. Mishelle is very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

Mr. Pankaj is well experienced in Lean Six Sigma and has an end to end knowledge. His explanation with examples was very easy to understand. Very good instructor. He has 30 years of experience which is very visible when he talks. His sessions are full of lessons from his experience. He only needs to better concentrate on calculations. A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash.
