The program is very well written and easy to understand i would like to thank everyone involved, and special thanks to Mr. Pankaj for his simple and well explained lectures. Miss Surbhi did a great job guiding me through all the processes and registration so a big thanks to her.

Shashi Sir is an excellent trainer, the way he provide the training is absolutely commendable. He makes sure's ever point and every phase of the training is properly understood by everyone in the class. He is doing a great job, keep up the good work. Soumya is awesome and can go to any extant to provide the help and the support in any area. Everyone is very supportive.

The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. He’s very interactive with the class and make sure everyone was participating. The counsellor is nice. Everyone is nice. The service team was very responsive and had the best team from start to finish. They have assisted every step of the way. Kudos to IMC in building such a hands-on organization. Definitely felt like a VIP customer.

The way the program was structured is excellent. Our Trainer Mr. Shashi is evidently a master of his trade, a well experienced LSS practitioner who was open to sharing practical lessons during the program. He delivered the information well to his students. Thanks to IMC. Many thanks to Ms. Rose. She was of assistance whenever I raised queries and I answered in a timely manner. The Service Team was accommodating on the WhatsApp group. They addressed the requests and needs of each and every one within the group. Information is supplied on time.

Programmer has done a very well job in remaining the attendees with prior message on the day in the group and few mins prior to the schedule which was very much appreciable & encouragable. I am highly thankful to the IMC for arranging such a great Trainer Mr. Shashi. I love him. I will always love to attend his class even after getting a Master belt certification. I hope IMC will always allow me to attend his class. Mr. Shahshi has not only command of the subject but also possesses excellent communication skills to transfer knowledge. I love him from the core of my heart. As far Counsellor is concerned, Miss Zeba was my counsellor. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. This is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enroll for the Master Black belt and TQM training in advance when I had yet to complete the Black Belt certification. She knows the art of convincing professionals to enroll in the IMC courses. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.
