It was an excellent training session which has given greater learning in a short time. Ms. Akter has given excellent sessions with simple examples and it made us understand the concepts more easily. My counsellor was good. The service team of IMC is excellent and immediately available for any assistance. I can only marvel at the military-grade program given to us by a well-equipped trainer throughout our Six Sigma journey. There might have been a lot of quizzes and projects, but those really helped us understand the processes even more through scenario-based training- which was very effective for a kinesthetic learner like me. Rose Ann de Luna is really amazing. I have been inquiring so many times that I couldn't possibly count them all on my fingers, and she never gave up on sharing the best option for me. If she had not been my counsellor, I wouldn't get the chance to be encouraged even more in taking this master class. Thank you is an understatement for all the help she gave me. I can never thank you enough the service team for their passion to help us become more equipped and tailored to our leadership roles and to the career growth we've set ahead of us. I believe that a wide range of subjects was well addressed during the training. The harmony of the theoretical and practical approaches was appealing. I had the impression that my counselor genuinely cared about how I was feeling. She never failed to provide me with fresh tools and workouts. She assisted me in changing the way I perceived what I was going through and in developing greater emotional and response control. The course was really informative and fascinating. Many employees remarked on how beneficial it was. Mr. Shashi expertly conveys the information.

The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization. My counselor is Ms. Rose, she is quick to respond to my queries and request regarding the issues I encounter in the program (e.g. schedule and exam).

The LSSGB Program is comprehensive whilst able to accommodate learners of various backgrounds. It is worthy to note that the IMC teaching model via online is easy and comprehensible. This would not be possible without our Trainer’s expertise and professionalism. He was graciously accommodating to our learning needs; ensuring that we totally grasp and satisfied the respective topics during the session. Indeed, my learning journey for the Lean- Six Sigma Green Belt with IMC has been fruitful and meaningful. Our IMC Counselor, Rose Ann de Luna has satisfactorily provided her awesome support in guiding and providing information necessary to continue the course. From the introduction of the program up to the assistance needed during the LSS program, her dedication was superb!

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience.
