Program was very effective and it was always recorded and shared with me and trainer has been very effective and always willing to here and shared communication. Sofia has been very interactive and has been kind enough listen to me and support all the requests

The program was really good, I Mr Pankaj was great with him teaching method as well. But I wish we have some sort of slides even to keep aside to review especially when it comes to the theoretical parts. Ms.Surbhi has been a great support throughout the whole process. Previously I was not in favour of online classes as I thought that in online sessions interaction between the trainer and class is much less. But after attending this session my thoughts changed about online classes. The Class sessions were very interactive and helpful. Training material with industrial practical problem examples helped me to understand. Trainer's presentation style with a lot of opportunities to ask questions made these sessions really attractive. My counsellor Miss. Zeba helped me a lot from starting my journey to Six sigma course through proper guidance. When it comes to coordination and motivation she is the best.

The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization. My counselor is Ms. Rose, she is quick to respond to my queries and request regarding the issues I encounter in the program (e.g. schedule and exam).

The trainer is patient in answering all of my questions. the training timeline was followed, and very efficient in time and effective. I'm no words for Arfa she has been great before I even enrolled in the course. she even replies to my queries even in the middle of the night. She deserves commendation and anything that will lift her ego up. Michelle Oronan is timely in sending the materials.
