The trainer Mr. Sashi has excellent knowledge of all lean tools and methodologies. One minor feedback is to ensure all minute details are shared or updated for us to take the test. Sampadha did good work in onboarding. She followed up in due course to see if any assistance is required. Good work. The service Team followed up for any assistance requirements.

Ms. Akther is a well-experienced trainer who explained all the concepts in detail with appropriate examples. The trainer was great and whatever he explained he explained in a very informative and detailed manner it was easy for me to learn too.
