Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. The Program nearly covered all areas as what came in the test, Id says nearly 98% of data was covered. The Trainer on the other hand was really amazing, he made the course easy to learn.
