Overall, a really great experience. I learnt a lot from Mr. Shashi and this course about project management which I feel will truly help me in all my future endeavours. The diverse range of resources provided throughout the course was really fun to study and gave me a thorough understanding of everything. Highly recommend! Ms. Surbhi has been the most kind and helpful person to me throughout this program. She helped resolve all my doubts and problems during this period and was available 24/7 to guide me. A great counsellor and any student would be lucky and grateful (just like me) to obtain her guidance during this program.

Mr. Shashi was very knowledgeable and clear when discussing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. It was a great opportunity to learn from the best. Thank you for the knowledge you have given me. A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.

The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

The course was presented in an enthusiastic way. The content can be related to different type of industry. Leaves you with a real life sample from the facilitator's experience in doing a Black Belt Project, Onset consultation and mentoring helps a lot. My Counsellor is very accommodating and approachable, She has the passion in helping the candidate to be more motivated. Given that, I am looking forward to take my next course!
