Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. The way the program was structured is excellent. Our Trainer Mr. Shashi is evidently a master of his trade, a well experienced LSS practitioner who was open to sharing practical lessons during the program. The course was very comprehensive and the content was detailed with a good mix of theory and practical knowledge. The concepts were explained well by the trainer, and I like that I had the luxury to review Mr. Shashi's recordings in my own time. Very good Counsellor.
